Volleyball Recap: Union County Takes a Loss

Union County came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Volunteer Falcons, falling 3-0. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Union County's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Volunteer, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-2.

Looking ahead, Union County will face off against Hampton at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Volunteer, they will be playing at home against West Ridge at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
