Basketball Game Preview: Windom Eagles vs. Mountain Lake/Comfrey

The Windom Eagles will face off against Mountain Lake/Comfrey at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Windom lost 87-63 to Redwood Valley on Friday.

Meanwhile, Mountain Lake/Comfrey was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They were beaten by Hills-Beaver Creek 66-29. While losing is never fun, Mountain Lake/Comfrey can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 376th, while Hills-Beaver Creek is ranked 164th).

Mountain Lake/Comfrey's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Windom, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4.
