Whitewater had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They never let the Heritage Generals get on the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Whitewater, who have now won 13 matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Heritage with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Anna Turner (3), Emma Morgan, Julia Hudson, and Sarah Zidar.

The win was the 12th in a row for Whitewater, bringing their record up to 15-3. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those 12 games. As for Heritage, the defeat snapped their winning streak at six games and leaves them with a 11-6 record.

Coming up, Whitewater will look to defend their home pitch on Monday against Adairsville at 6:00 p.m. Adairsville will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Whitewater surely won't give up without a fight. Heritage does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
