Baseball Recap: Jacobs Snaps Three-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

South Elgin typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Jacobs proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Storm by a score of 7-4. The Golden Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Storm, too.

Jacobs' win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 15-19. As for South Elgin, they moved to 21-10 with that loss, which also ended their 11-game winning streak.

Jacobs does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Elgin, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 5-1 victory against Glenbard North on the 28th.
