South Warren faced West Jessamine in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Spartans came out on top against the Colts by a score of 2-0. Winning may never get old, but the Spartans sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

South Warren found their leader in freshman Piper Gregory, who had four digs and three aces.

South Warren's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for West Jessamine, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 9-1.

South Warren has already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against Clarksville on the 30th. As for West Jessamine, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bullitt East on the 30th.
