Knob Noster waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Crest Ridge Cougars by a score of 2-0. This was a revenge game for the Panthers: when they faced off against the Cougars on Saturday, they had to take a 2-0 loss.

Knob Noster never let Crest Ridge on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-23.

Gracelyn Rosine paced Knob Noster's offense, picking up seven kills. Rosine got some help from Tinlee Jones and her 16 assists. Madison Betz controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Knob Noster's victory bumped their record up to 4-9-2. As for Crest Ridge, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Cougars beat Knob Noster by a score of 2-0 later that day.
