Basketball Game Preview: Olympia Titans vs. Jones Fightin' Tigers

The Olympia Titans will head out on the road to challenge the Jones Fightin' Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Olympia will be strutting in after a victory while Jones will be coming in after a defeat.

Olympia took a loss when they played away from home on Monday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They enjoyed a cozy 69-53 win over Oviedo.

Meanwhile, Jones was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 74-63 to Hope Academy.

Olympia's victory bumped their record up to 15-9. As for Jones, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-15.

Olympia was able to grind out a solid win over Jones in their previous matchup back in February of 2024, winning 73-62. The rematch might be a little tougher for Olympia since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
