Basketball Game Preview: Princeton Tigers vs. Vincennes Lincoln Alices

Princeton is 1-9 against Vincennes Lincoln since February of 2018 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Princeton Tigers are taking a road trip to take on the Vincennes Lincoln Alices at 7:00 p.m. Princeton will be strutting in after a victory while Vincennes Lincoln will be coming in after a loss.

Princeton is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. Everything went their way against Tecumseh on Saturday as Princeton made off with a 73-51 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Vincennes Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a hard 66-50 fall against North Knox.

Princeton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-12 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.5 points per game. As for Vincennes Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 11-8.

Princeton didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Vincennes Lincoln when the teams last played back in January of 2024, but they still walked away with a 53-48 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Princeton since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
