Softball Recap: Durand Comes Up Short

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Durand's offense. They came up short against the Owosso Trojans on Wednesday, falling 13-0. The loss continues a trend for the Railroaders in their meetings with the Trojans: they've now lost four in a row.

Durand's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Owosso, the win keeps they at an undefeated 4-0.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Durand will square off against Genesee at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Owosso, they will take on St. Clair at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. The Trojans are on a four-game streak of home wins, the Saints a five-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind.
