It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Chenango Forks had no problem doing just that on Sunday. They snuck past the Yonkers Montessori Academy Eagles with a 56-51 win. The victory was nothing new for the Blue Devils as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Chenango Forks' record now sits at 15-5. As for Yonkers Montessori Academy, they moved to 21-4 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, Chenango Forks will face off against Hornell at 11:45 a.m. on Friday. Hornell will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something Chenango Forks surely won't give up without a fight. Yonkers Montessori Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
