Baseball Recap: Plymouth Whitemarsh Takes a Loss

Thursday just wasn't the day for Plymouth Whitemarsh's offense. They fell just short of the Wissahickon Trojans by a score of 1-0 on Thursday. That's two games in a row now that the Colonials have lost by just one run.

Max Eagland spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered only one earned run on three hits.

Plymouth Whitemarsh now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Wissahickon, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5-2.

Coming up, Plymouth Whitemarsh will challenge Souderton at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Wissahickon, they will square off against Cheltenham at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
