Softball Recap: Fort Edward Comes Up Short

Fort Edward fell victim to Fort Ann and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 12-0. The defeat continues a trend for the Flying Forts in their meetings with the Cardinals: they've now lost four in a row.

Fort Edward saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabby Durkee, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

Fort Edward's loss dropped their record down to 5-5.
