Baseball Recap: Old Town Coyotes vs. Belfast Lions

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Old Town had no problem doing just that on Wednesday. They skirted past the Belfast Lions 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Coyotes have posted since May 1st.

Julian Duty was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run while striking out ten over six innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-6 with one stolen base and two RBI.
