Dynamic duo of Turral Berry and Sevastian Rosado lead Frostproof to victory

Even though the Lake Placid Dragons scored an imposing 61 points on Thursday, the Frostproof Bulldogs still came out on top. Frostproof took their contest against Lake Placid 71-61. That's another feather in the cap for Frostproof, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.

Leading Frostproof to victory were Turral Berry and Sevastian Rosado. Berry scored 15 points along with eight assists and seven steals, while Rosado scored 24 points along with eight rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Rosado has scored at least 25% of Frostproof's points. Daiveon Pittman was another key contributor, scoring six points along with six rebounds.

Frostproof's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Lake Placid, they bumped their record down to 6-8 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Frostproof won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Fort Meade at 8:00 p.m. on January 12th. That game will pit two of the most dominant guards against one another: Nasier Berrien and Rosado.
