Despite the loss, Gothenburg got top-tier performance from Joey Holland, who had 23 digs. Holland is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in the last four games she's played dating back to last season. Another player making a difference was Ellie Wyatt, who had eight digs.
Amherst's win bumped their record up to 21-7. As for Gothenburg, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-9.
