Softball Recap: Greater Nanticoke Area Trojans vs. Northwest Area Rangers

For Northwest Area's part, Jenna Robaczewski made a splash while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over seven innings while giving up four earned (and four unearned) runs off 11 hits. Robaczewski was also stellar in the batter's box, firing off two home runs, four RBI, and a double while going 3-for-4.
In other batting news, Jordin Bowman was incredible, going 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs, and a stolen base. Another player making a difference was Abygail Miller, who scored two runs while going 3-for-4.

The timing is sure in Northwest Area's favor as the team sits on five straight wins at home (dating back to last season) while Sugar Valley Rural has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
