Basketball Game Preview: Greer Yellow Jackets vs. Daniel Lions

The Greer Yellow Jackets will head out to challenge the Daniel Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

On Saturday, Greer came up short against Blue Ridge and fell 44-32. The defeat continues a trend for the Yellow Jackets in their matchups with the Fighting Tigers: they've now lost three in a row.

Meanwhile, Daniel strolled past West-Oak with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 56-40. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

Daniel is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.1 points per game. As for Greer, their loss dropped their record down to 6-11.

Greer might still be hurting after the 57-37 defeat they got from Daniel in their previous matchup on January 6th. Can Greer avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
