Volleyball Recap: Rio Rancho Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against La Cueva, Rio Rancho was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Los Lunas Tigers by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Saturday.

Rio Rancho can attribute much of their success to Emma Rae Ceballes, who had nine digs and two aces. Those nine digs gave Ceballes a new career-high.

The win got Rio Rancho back to even at 3-3. As for Los Lunas, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Rio Rancho has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Capital on the 16th. As for Los Lunas, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 3-1 win against Cibola on the 13th.
