Baseball Recap: Weehawken Comes Up Short

After flying high against Harrison last Friday, Weehawken came back down to earth. The Indians came up short against the Lyndhurst Golden Bears on Tuesday, falling 10-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Indians in their meetings with the Golden Bears: they've now lost five in a row.

Weehawken's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Lyndhurst, their record now sits at an identical 5-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Weehawken will venture away from home to face off against Memorial at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lyndhurst, they will head out to square off against Bloomfield at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
