Basketball Recap: Meadow Heights Takes a Loss

Meadow Heights was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 52-47 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bloomfield Wildcats. The Panthers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Wildcats earlier this season, when they won 41-36.

Meadow Heights' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Bloomfield, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Meadow Heights will welcome Chaffee at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Bloomfield, they will be playing at home against Sikeston at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
