Recap: Dawson Bulldogs vs. Crawford Pirates
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but the Dawson Bulldogs had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They took down the Pirates 55-38. Winning may never get old, but Dawson sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Dawson to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elijah Allen, who scored 20 points. Another player making a difference was Hastin Easley, who scored 17 points.
Dawson is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a nice bump to their 20-8 record this season. As for Crawford, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-10.
Dawson's road trip will continue as they head out to face Martins Mill at 7:00 p.m. on February 22nd. Martins Mill will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something Dawson surely won't give up without a fight. Crawford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
