Rowe has gone 8-2 against Sharyland recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Rowe Warriors will be playing at home against the Sharyland Rattlers at 6:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Tuesday, Rowe didn't have too much trouble with McAllen as they won 49-31. Given the Warriors' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 111th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 590th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, in a tight contest that could have gone either way, Sharyland made off with a 41-40 victory over McAllen.

Sharyland found their leader in freshman Alyssa Ramirez, who posted eight points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Mariajose Gomez, who put up 13 points.

Rowe's win bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Sharyland, their victory bumped their record up to 12-7.

Rowe strolled past Sharyland in their previous matchup back in January by a score of 41-26. Does Rowe have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sharyland turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
