Soccer Game Preview: South Aiken vs. Hartsville

The South Aiken Thoroughbreds are taking a road trip to challenge the Hartsville Red Foxes at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

South Aiken fell victim to North Augusta and their airtight defense last Monday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellow Jackets. While getting shut out isn't ideal, South Aiken haven't been shut out since back in March.

Meanwhile, Hartsville had just enough and edged out Wilson 2-1 on Thursday. Hartsville haven't had any issues with Wilson recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive victory against them.

Edwin Ramos was the driving force of Hartsville's attack as he scored both of Hartsville's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

South Aiken's loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-8. As for Hartsville, their win bumped their record up to 10-8.
