Norway won the last time they faced North Central and things went their way on Friday too. The Norway Knights came out on top against the North Central Jets by a score of 49-36. Given the Knights' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 158th, while the Jets are ranked 464th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Norway is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.8 points over those games. As for North Central, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 8-12.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Norway will challenge Bark River-Harris at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Bark River-Harris has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for North Central, they will head out on the road to challenge Munising at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Munising will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something North Central surely won't give up without a fight.
