Baseball Recap: Hilliard Comes Up Short

The Hilliard Red Flashes lost 10-1 to the Aucilla Christian Warriors on Tuesday. The Red Flashes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Hilliard saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jacob Cooper, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one double.

Hilliard's defeat dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Aucilla Christian, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That lines up perfectly with their 12-4 record this season.

Hilliard will challenge Cornerstone Classical Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Aucilla Christian, they will be playing at home against Florida State University High School at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
