St. Michael had won four straight games and Frida Hernandez did her part to make it five on Tuesday. The Warriors walked away with a 3-1 victory over the TMI-Episcopal Panthers thanks in part to Hernandez, who had 26 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 15 or more in each of the last nine games she's played.

St. Michael's had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-22, 25-17, 25-22.

St. Michael's win bumped their record up to 30-10-1. As for TMI-Episcopal, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-16 record this season.
