Basketball Recap: Holmes County Central Snaps Nine-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (62), the Jaguars still had to take the loss.

Holmes County Central's defeat ended a nine-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 16-8. As for Yazoo City, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 16-11 record this season.

While Holmes County Central had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
