Mobile Christian faced Briarwood Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Leopards came out on top against the Lions by a score of 2-0. The victory was nothing new for the Leopards as they're now sitting on five straight.

Hadley Kelly paced Mobile Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Kelly got some help from Haley Eldridge and her 15 assists. Kelly was also a major player on defense: she and she shared the team lead in blocks, finishing with three each.

Mobile Christian's win bumped their record up to 25-9. As for Briarwood Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 28-6.

Mobile Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against McGill-Toolen on the 11th. As for Briarwood Christian, they will be playing at home against Central of Clay County at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
