Drake Defreitas made a splash no matter where he played. On the mound, he struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned (and five unearned) runs off five hits. Defreitas was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three runs and a triple.

In other batting news, Coby Mullins was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Hayden Alexander was another key contributor, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4.
