Volleyball Recap: Cedar Comes Up Short

Cedar lost against Pine View on April 1st, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Reds came up short against the Panthers, falling 3-0.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-12, 25-14.

Elliott Hess paced Cedar's offense, picking up seven kills. Hess got some help from Kai Hunter and his 16 assists.

Cedar's defeat dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Pine View, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 12-8 record.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Cedar is set to face off against their familiar foe Desert Hills at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Pine View will take on rival Snow Canyon at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
