Toledo Christian scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They took a 54-49 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clay Eagles. Toledo Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brynn Reiter continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Clay, going 7 for 16 on her way to 20 points in addition to five rebounds and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Toth, who posted 11 points and three steals.

Toledo Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Clay, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Toledo Christian will square off against Ottawa Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Clay, they will face off against Ross at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
