Basketball Recap: Turkey Valley's Win on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Four

Turkey Valley proved they can win big last Friday (they won by 55) and on Monday they proved they can win the close ones too. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past the Jesup J-Hawks 48-46. Winning may never get old, but the Trojans sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Turkey Valley's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Jesup, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 16-4.

Coming up, Turkey Valley will look to defend their home court on Thursday against West Central. Turkey Valley is facing West Central at the right time seeing as West Central is stuck on a seven-game losing streak. Jesup has already played their next matchup (against Dike-New Hartford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
