Flintridge Sacred Heart owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Saturday. They blew past the Northridge Academy Pumas 9-0. The result was nothing new for the Tologs, who have now won six matches by six runs or more so far this season.

Jayne Bender was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3. Siena Gundersen was another key player, going a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Flintridge Sacred Heart always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .520. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post an OBP of .513 or better.

Flintridge Sacred Heart's win bumped their record up to 6-3-1. As for Northridge Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-2.

Flintridge Sacred Heart didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 12-1 victory against South East on the 22nd. As for Northridge Academy, they will head out to challenge Sherman Oaks CES at 2:30 p.m. on Monday.
