Meanwhile, Central unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell just short of Tolman by a score of 3-2. The Knights haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.
Central took Tolman into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking five-point loss. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23, 23-25, 19-25, 15-10.
Hope's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-0. As for Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.
