Ashton Decker won't forget Thursday's contest any time soon: he posted double-digit points for the first time in her career. She had 18 points, but sadly Gem State Adventist Academy still had to take a 45-39 loss at the hands of Notus. We marked that as the best performance she's had all season, even better than her effort on December 5th (when she put up nine points) (Gamescore: 15.4 vs. 6.7).

Decker and Gem State Adventist Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Vision at 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2025. Decker had to take a loss the last time both duked it out, losing their matchup back in January 59-15. Could another big game from her be enough to change the outcome this time?
