Volleyball Recap: Perry Central Triumphs

The Perry Central Commodores earned a 2-0 win over the Borden Braves on Saturday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Commodores.

Masen Labhart paced Perry Central's offense, picking up six kills. Labhart got some help from Mya Litherland and her 14 assists. Labhart was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.

Perry Central has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Borden, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Perry Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Mitchell on the 16th. As for Borden, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Salem on the 16th.
