Bound Brook's Jarrett Gardner rumbled for the longest rushing play in Mid-State 38 - Hills this season in his game against Dayton last week. Gardner ran for 73 yards on the play and finished with 85 on the day as his team lost to the Bulldogs.

South Hunterdon made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 7,605 from 7,959. The improvement was the result of 20-6 victory over Pingry last week.

Manville's dynamic duo of Anthony Zuhone and Bryce Forke proved to be unstoppable against Roselle Park, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Zuhone threw for 123 yards and Forke had 108 yards receiving.

The Mustangs' dynamic duo of Zuhone and Forke proved tough for the Panthers to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.

Gardner was a passing and rushing force as Bound Brook fell to Dayton. Gardner's favorite target this week was Justin Foster, who caught 6 passes for 100 yards.

Zuhone put up the best numbers through the air as Manville lost to Roselle Park.

Garry Roach was the most successful running back in the league this week. In 18 carries, he ran for 170 yards as Dominic Longo's team fell to James Foy's team.

Forke was the best receiver in the league this week as the Mustangs fell to the Panthers.

Manville's Zuhone and Max Miller have formed a dream team this season, leading Mid-State 38 - Hills in both passing and receiving yards. Zuhone has thrown for 380 yards this season, while Miller, a 6-foot-0 receiver, has 7 catches for 216 yards. Roach from the Crusaders leads the league in rushing with 192 yards.

The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place South Hunterdon takes on second place Roselle Park.

Roselle Park led the league in scoring this week after putting up 61 points on the Mustangs.
