Tug Valley came tearing into Monday's contest with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Logan Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Panthers have posted since October 15, 2024.

Tug Valley had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 20-25, 25-19, 15-11.

Tug Valley's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Logan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-8-1 record this season.

After both having extra time off, Tug Valley and St. Joseph Central will shake off the rust and duke it out at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Logan, they will take on Sherman at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
