Fulton hasn't had much luck against Coleman recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Pirates will take on the Comets at 4:00 p.m. Fulton is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7.1 runs per game this season.

On Monday, Fulton came up short against Webberville and fell 10-7.

Dayten Lambert was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. That home run was her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cam Cunningham, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Coleman). They blew past Carman-Ainsworth 19-3 on Saturday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Comets with their most commanding win of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Coleman and bumps their season record up to 7-6. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 4 runs in those games. As for Fulton, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Fulton suffered a grim 22-7 defeat to Coleman in their previous meeting back in May of 2025. Can the Pirates avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
