Everything went their way against Ellis on Monday as they made off with a 16-1 win. The victory continues a trend for the Centurions in their matchups with Ellis: they've now won five in a row.
Julianna Saxion was a major factor no matter where she played. On the mound, she tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. She was even better at the plate, going a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.
In other batting news, Madelyn Bova was a standout: she went 2-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Those RBI were her first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Abigail Dei, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
