Volleyball Recap: Scotland Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Scotland Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Bethel Christian Academy Trojans. If the Saints were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Trojans when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Scotland Christian Academy was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made Bethel Christian Academy work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-11, 25-12.

Bethel Christian Academy was led to victory by Kensie Lee and Suzanne Rouse. Lee had 14 assists and five aces, while Rouse had nine digs. That's the most assists Lee has posted since back in August.

Scotland Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Bethel Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 5-4.

Coming up, Scotland Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Living Water Christian at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Bethel Christian Academy, they will be playing at home against Trinity Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
