Volleyball Recap: Bishop Ward Takes a Loss

Bishop Ward was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Mission Valley Vikings. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Vikings this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Bishop Ward's loss dropped their record down to 7-22-2. As for Mission Valley, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 19-14.

Looking ahead, Bishop Ward will be playing at home against Northland Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mission Valley, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against Oskaloosa on the 14th.
