Lima Central Catholic won the last time they faced Perry and things went their way on Saturday too. The Thunderbirds put the hurt on the Commodores with a sharp 11-1 win. The contest marked the Thunderbirds' most dominant victory of the season.

The win made it two in a row for Lima Central Catholic and bumps their season record up to 7-11. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 2 run in those games. As for Perry, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lima Central Catholic will take on Celina at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Perry, they will challenge Spencerville at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bearcats will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Commodores surely won't give up without a fight.
