Volleyball Recap: Eureka Takes a Loss

Eureka lost to Howell back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Vikings. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Blake Leuthauser paced Eureka's offense, picking up seven kills. Leuthauser got some help from Tyler Krauss and his 11 assists.

Eureka's defeat dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Howell, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-11.

Eureka wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Liberty on the 2nd. As for Howell, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Maryville Christian on the 2nd.
