After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Ider, Columbia was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 10-5 win over the Woodville Panthers. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Eagles considering their two-run performance the game before.

Columbia's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Woodville, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Looking ahead, Columbia will head out on the road to square off against Skyline at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Woodville, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Woodville Panthers challenge Brindlee Mountain Lions at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
