Hemlock is a perfect 10-0 against St. Louis since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Hemlock Huskies will be taking part in a tournament against the St. Louis Sharks at 7:00 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Hemlock comes in on nine and St. Louis on six.

Hemlock saw some tournament action on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 64-24 victory over Ithaca. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Victoria Hauffe continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, shooting 62% from the field en route to 24 points and four steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Hemlock's points. Another player making a difference was Isabelle Krueger, who posted eight points along with six steals and five boards.

Meanwhile, St. Louis didn't have too much breathing room in their game against St. Charles on Wednesday, but they still walked away with a 42-36 win.

St. Louis' victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Hemlock, their win bumped their record up to 20-3.

Everything came up roses for Hemlock against St. Louis in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the squad secured a 65-25 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hemlock since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
