Tuscaloosa Home Educators had already won 20 in a row dating back to last season and they went ahead and made it 21 on Thursday. They blew past the East Central HomeSchool Patriots 3-0. That's more bragging rights for the Warriors, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-18, 25-12.

Suzie Lear paced Tuscaloosa Home Educators' offense, picking up nine kills. Lear got some help from Maggie Deason and her 22 assists. Deason was also solid from the service line: she led the team with eight aces.

Tuscaloosa Home Educators' win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for East Central HomeSchool, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
