Basketball Recap: Billings Comes Up Short

Billings lost against Early back in December of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Billings Wildcats fell just short of the Early Panthers by a score of 41-38. The contest marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Billings dropped their record down to 13-9 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Early, their victory bumped their record up to 7-14.

Billings wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 63-44 win against School of the Ozarks on the 15th. As for Early, they will challenge Jasper at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Early is facing Jasper at the right time seeing as Jasper is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
