Caruthers has gone 8-2 against Riverdale recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Caruthers Blue Raiders will welcome the Riverdale Cowboys at 4:00 p.m.

Caruthers is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to five goals last Friday, they were much more limited against Edison on Wednesday. They lost 8-0 to the Tigers.

Meanwhile, Riverdale hasn't lost a match since December 14, 2024, a trend which continued in their latest game on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand Dos Palos a 4-0 shutout. The Cowboys' winning goal came courtesy of Aliezah Arambula.

Riverdale has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 6-4-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven contests. As for Caruthers, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-5-1.

Caruthers took their win against Riverdale when the teams last played back in February of 2024 by a conclusive 6-2. Will Caruthers repeat their success, or does Riverdale have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
