Basketball Game Preview: North Central Thunder vs. Leola/Frederick Titans

North Central hasn't had much luck against Leola/Frederick recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The North Central Thunder will host the Leola/Frederick Titans at 8:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (North Central has three straight victories, Leola/Frederick has eight straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

On Saturday, North Central didn't have too much trouble with Northwestern Area as they won 58-44.

Meanwhile, Leola/Frederick came up short against Webster on Saturday and fell 59-46.

North Central pushed their record up to 14-7 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 50.8 points over those games. As for Leola/Frederick, their loss dropped their record down to 5-15.

North Central was able to grind out a solid victory over Leola/Frederick when the teams last played back in January, winning 34-22. Will North Central repeat their success, or does Leola/Frederick have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
